One of the key activities of daily living for seniors is housekeeping. While it may seem like an insignificant task, keeping you or a loved ones house clean is essential to reducing mental stress and increasing physical health.

Studies show that seniors with cluttered housing, scattered items, unorganized rooms or storage, dusty and dirty windows and other surfaces are more susceptible to increase of mental health issues due to the stress of not being able to find anything or finding their way around their own house, as well as physical sicknesses caused by the wide variety of household germs and viruses.

The caregiver will provide dusting, damp mopping hardwood and flooring, vacuuming carpets and furniture, changing bedding, scrubbing the bathroom and general tidying of living spaces as required or requested.
