Senior Concierge Providers CareGiver Quality Assurance program is designed to help us select, train and retain only those caregivers with the personality, attitude and job engagement to provide quality care.  Our Screening System has been developed after understanding what families look for in a professional CareGiver. It consists of extensive behavioral-based in-person interviews, criminal background investigations, driving record checks, personal and professional reference audits as well as all state-specific requirement verifications.
